Megan Sullivan
Megan Sullivan is the founder and principal of Sullivan Policy Solutions, bringing 20 years of experience in public policy, government affairs, and economic development at both the state and federal levels. A frequent witness before the Vermont Legislature, Megan has built a reputation for translating complex policy issues into clear strategies and bringing diverse interests together around shared goals.
Her experience includes leading statewide advocacy on economic development, workforce, employment law, consumer protection, housing and land use, environmental regulation, data privacy, and health care. She has also developed successful coalitions, designed major business advocacy initiatives, and advised organizational leaders on legislative and political strategy.
Megan was named a 2026 Top Lobbyist on the Nation byt the National Institute of Lobbying and Ethics, a Vermont 91 Influencer by Vermont Business Magazine and was previously recognized by the publication as a Rising Star. A graduate of the University of Vermont, she serves on the Vermont-Ireland Trade Commission, the Northeast Delta Dental Board of Directors, and in several civic roles in her hometown of Jericho, Vermont.
